Tong Yuen Tropical Dessert
small size tong yuen with cut mango, papaya, pineapple in a watermelon soup
Wow that sounds so good! I want to make that !!!
similar to this one. Rice ball stuffed with mince meat mixed with onion and garlic.
we use rice flour to make hot cereal. kinda like farina, but rice. i use evaporated milk (for a richer flavor), whole milk (helps combine e milk & water), water (helps cook better), cinnamon, vanilla, a little butter. its my favorite (i make farina, and corn as well). not sure how that would translate with tong yuen, but i could see something like tapioca happening.

oh and sugar! i knew i was forgetting something. i like to use brown sugar cane. better flavor and unbleached.
